At Howard County Foot & Ankle, we want to make your visit as easy and convenient as possible. That's why we use an online portal that allows you to fill out your patient form, update your information, and pay your bills. Here's how to set up your online portal account:
When you make a new patient appointment, we will send you a link to your email address to access the online portal. Please complete the forms as soon as possible, as the link will expire after 72 hours. If you need the link resent, please call our office at (410) 405-7444 and we will be happy to assist you.
If you are experiencing any trouble with the online portal, please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment and we will help you with the process. All of this information is required to best fulfill your healthcare needs.
Please send any reports you would like to discuss to the office via email ([javascript protected email address] ) at least 3 to 7 days before the scheduled visit so that Dr. Bui may review them in advance.
