Dr. Jocelyn Guillen, DPM
Board Certified Foot & Ankle Surgeon
Dr. Jocelyn Guillen completed her undergraduate studies at Haverford College and obtained her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Guillen then attended a surgical residency program at the Crozer Keystone Health System. Her advanced training in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery and diabetic limb salvage has equipped her with a well-rounded expertise to treat patients of all ages.

Grace Norman Patient Care Coordinator
Grace is our dedicated Patient Service Coordinator and one of your first points of contact at Howard County Foot & Ankle. She will ensure you have a smooth check-in process. With a strong commitment to patient care, she expertly assists individuals with billing concerns and insurance inquiries, always striving to alleviate the stress that can accompany medical expenses. Grace approaches each interaction with empathy, ensuring that patients feel heard and supported throughout their experience. Outside of work, she loves hiking and exploring the great outdoors, and she shares her home with her beloved rescue cat, Emma. Grace’s passion for helping others, both professionally and personally, truly embodies the compassionate spirit of our team.

Kathryn CooleyMedical Assistant, Surgical Coordinator, & Certified Phlebotomist
Multi-talented Kat graduated from Howard High School in 2020 and is now pursuing a General Studies Major at HCC while delivering the best patient care at Howard County Foot & Ankle. Kat's background in JROTC, where she excelled as a Drill Commander and competed at regional and national levels, has instilled in her core values of loyalty, respect, honor, and honesty. These principles are evident in her strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to patient care. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kat has a passion for Christmas that shines through all year long; she enjoys painting festive scenes in her free time, bringing a touch of holiday spirit to everything she does.

Elizabeth CooleyMedical Assistant, Certified Phlebotomist
A proud graduate of Howard High School in 2020, Liz is currently pursuing a degree in healthcare documentation at HCC. Her passion for providing compassionate, high-quality patient care is evident in her daily interactions, as she strives to make each patient feel valued and supported. She also makes sure our office is fully stocked with top-of-the-line products for our patients. In her downtime, she enjoys immersing herself in books and playing Xbox games. Liz truly embodies our motto at HCFA: “Every Step Matters,” reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of our patients.

Darshan Patel Medical Assistant
Darshan recently graduated from the University of Maryland in December 2023, where he earned a double degree in Public Health Science and Information Science. Darshan takes great joy in assisting others, embodying core values such as respect, altruism, and hard work in all aspects of his life. In addition to his role at HCFA, he serves as a Youth Activities Coordinator at his local temple, fostering community engagement and support. Outside of work, Darshan enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and spending quality time with loved ones. With aspirations to continue his education through a dual master's program, he aims to make a meaningful impact in the biotechnology industry. You can also often hear him chatting all about the latest sports trends with our patients.

Abigail Feng Medical Assistant
Abigail is a compassionate Medical Assistant who values building trust and comfort with each patient. Abigail assists with tasks such as taking x-rays, and explaining products, and assisting in procedures. She emphasizes patient education to ensure patients are well informed about their diagnosis and confident in their care plan. She aims to make each visit a positive and supportive experience.
