I am writing regarding my experiences in Dr. Christine.Bui’s office staff, I am specifically writing about two young women who worked closely with me through my 12 sessions at this office. First, I am writing about “Ms.Grace” the “patient service coordinator“.
Ms. Grace was kind while being professional. She was composed and articulate. She was able to talk to me and calm me down. Her positive attitude, her efficiency, and her interpersonal skills with patients showed me that she had a concern for only me when I was there and when I needed reassurance. She did not hesitate to begin helping me. As soon as she observed I was stressed. During my sessions, she focused only on me, and stayed with me, talking to me in order to distract me from being worried.Ms.Grace took her responsibilities seriously. It was obvious she really demonstrated pride in her position and her responsibilities at Dr.Bui’s office.

Now I would like to speak of the second person I worked closely with, and her name is” Ms. Zaire”.
Too often patients especially when they are experiencing pain are already stressed when they call a doctors office. We fear the person answering the phone will be rude, or will only answer our questions in a rushed and quick manner. This was not my experience with Miss Zaire. She was more than willing to give me assistance, check with staff on my appointments, sit with me through procedures, when I was stressed, and cheerfully, on more than one occasion, stayed on the phone with me while guiding me to the office when I was lost. she never made me feel embarrassed about that. She was compassionate never making me feel that I was a burden. She was professional, responsible, and made me feel that I could call her anytime. Miss Zaire was dependable, available, thoughtful and pleasant to speak with. I observed the loyalty and pride from both of these young women not only
for Dr. Bui, but also showed pride in their job positions, and in the quality of their work in addition to what they had to offer in their office. Both young women showed an interest in persevering, and on getting their jobs done keeping patients comfortable and satisfied with their treatments.
And, of course, anything I have to say about Dr. Christine Bui would be 100% A+ positive and wonderfully special.
